Sept 13th is our Neighbourhood Block Party and BBQ. It is our favourite way to start a new season at the church and a way that we want to love and serve our neighbourhood. So spread the news and bring your friends. It will happen from 12:30 - 2:30 outside the church along Crown St

Lunch @ the Park - For the next 3 weeks, Weather permitting, we will gather after each Sunday service for lunch and fun at Chaldecott park. There are no planned actives, but just some time for everyone to spend together and enjoy the rest the summer sun. Bring you own lunch, sports equipment, board games and swimsuits and etc..

Help Spread the word for out community BBQ happening September 13th! We want to invite the whole neighbourhood to come and eat and get to know DHBC. If you are able to help with a specific role to help prepare or help on the day of the BBQ contact the office to get connected.

Due to the rain, we are now holding our picnic in the park this Sunday after the service. Bring lunch (the church will supply extra drinks to help keep you cool!). Kids, don't forget to bring your bathing suits for the water park. Details: Chaldecott Park (near Wallace and West 26th Ave). Come after the service and leave whenever you have to.
Community Garden, Is ready for harvest! Please feel free to take some green goodies away and perhaps give them out to those that are in need of some extra food.

This Sunday will be the last Sunday to write a note to the Priebe family in our memory book. It will be available at before and after the service next week.

Thank you for joining us this past Sunday as we celebrated with Barton, Heather and their family on their last Sunday at DHBC. It was such a meaningful time together and we were glad that many of you could make it.
