INTERNATIONAL JUSTICE MISSION -
IJM’s mission is to protect people in poverty from violence by rescuing victims, bringing criminals to justice, restoring survivors to safety and strength, and helping local law enforcement build a safe future that lasts. The vision of IJM is to rescue millions, protect half a billion and make justice unstoppable.

Andrew and Tanja both grew up in Christian families and received Christ as children. After graduation in 2012, Andrew enrolled at Northwest Baptist Seminary where he met Tanja at TWU. Seeking the Lord’s guidance, Andrew and Tanja served with church planters in Japan for five months starting in Fall 2015.
Andrew and Tanja are eager to be a part of God’s work amongst the Japanese people. God willing, through their ministry they hope to see an empowered lay-leadership in the local church, believers who believe and practice God’s Word, and believers who engage in cycles of disciple-making and congregation formation.

One of our missionary families that are serving God overseas, the McCarthy family is serving in Papua New Guinea (PNG). Jon and Anita are both teachers and have a heart for youth.
Jon and Anita are excited to be able to use their skills as teachers to directly support Bible translation by loving, encouraging, mentoring and teaching missionary kids at Ukarumpa. They enjoy having the opportunity to teach youth, lead community groups, act as sponsors on missions trips and pray for the youth in PNG.

Monarch Place Transition House is one of the programs of W.I.N.G.S. (Women in Need Gaining Strength) Fellowship Ministries. Our mission statement is: “WINGS exists to provide women and children in need the opportunity to gain strength and to live according to their true worth.” We offer shelter and support to women and children fleeing domestic violence.

Qwanoes is a youth-focused high adventure Christian camp that exists to love kids to life like no other, helping them discover, live and share life like no other in Christ.
Situated on 55 acres of magnificent scenic waterfront property on Vancouver Island between Victoria and Nanaimo, Qwanoes is a fully-accredited member of the BC Camping Association and Christian Camping International-Canada. As a Christian camp, we take principles of the Bible and make them relevant to everyday life.

VUM desires to give children with learning challenges a genuine opportunity to grow intellectually and emotionally, develop healthy outlooks in life, and reach their fullest potential. Their aim is to help break the cycle of poverty for some of the most needy families in East Vancouver. Their ministry helps children to receive specialized one-on-one tutoring, encourage to develop self esteem, confidence and support families look towards brighter future through caring, long-term relationships with their tutors and other VUM volunteers.
